?What are AI Credits and how do they work?
AI Credits pay for the AI work Prompteryx does for you: chat replies, AI browser agent steps, and generated images, video and audio. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and credits are deducted at the actual cost of each request. Extra credits cost $2 per 100.
?What counts as a workflow execution?
Each time you run a workflow (browser + auth nodes), it counts as one execution. The limits reset monthly. Both Visual Studio automations and AI Browser Agents tasks count toward your limit.
?Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade instantly and your new limits apply immediately. If you downgrade, your current billing cycle completes before the change takes effect.
?Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel any time in Settings › Subscription; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you can also withdraw within 14 days of subscribing or buying, without giving a reason, using "Withdraw from contract" (prompteryx.ai/withdraw). We confirm by email and refund what is due within 14 days, to your original payment method. Because your plan starts straight away, the refund is the price minus a proportionate amount for the service you used before withdrawing. For credit packs and top-ups, anything already used is not refunded; the unused balance is.
?What happens after my free trial ends?
After 7 days, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Prompteryx. All functionality is paused (not deleted) until you subscribe. Your workflows and data are preserved.
?Do I need to install anything?
No. Prompteryx works in your web browser, and tasks can run on Prompteryx cloud browsers. If you want the AI browser agent to work in your own Chrome, with your own logins, install Prompteryx Desktop (Windows) or the Chrome extension.
