    Type Keys

Type a sequence of characters. Use this when you need to type text strings rather than pressing individual keys.

    Best Practices

    Focus Element First
Most key presses require an element to be focused. Either specify a selector or use a Click/Focus node before Press Key.
    Wait After Key Press
Some key presses trigger actions that take time (like opening menus). Add a short Wait after pressing keys that trigger UI changes.
    Use Click for Buttons
Prefer Click node for clickable buttons. Only use Press Key with Enter when it's the natural way to submit (like search boxes).
