    Google Calendar

    Integration

    Create and manage calendar events

    Overview

The Google Calendar integration allows you to create, read, update, and delete calendar events, list upcoming events, and check calendar availability. Connect your Google account to automate scheduling workflows.

Built-in Google Calendar nodes are hidden for now
The built-in Google Calendar nodes are currently hidden from the Node Library while Google verifies our sign-in. Workflows that already use them keep running, and this page documents their settings. To add Google Calendar to a new workflow, use the Google Calendar app in Connect Hub.
    Date & Time Fields
All date/time fields use a calendar picker. Click the field to open a calendar where you can select a date and time visually. The value is stored in ISO 8601 format (e.g., 2026-03-15T14:30:00.000Z). You can also use the "Now" button to quickly set the current date and time, or "Clear" to reset the field.

    Tips

Date/Time Picker: All date and time fields include a visual calendar picker. Click the field to select a date, then adjust the time using the hour and minute inputs. The "Now" button sets the current date and time instantly.
Dynamic Variables: You can reference outputs from previous nodes in any field. For example, use a date from a previous calculation as the event start time.
Calendar Selection: The Calendar dropdown automatically loads your connected Google calendars. Use "primary" for your main calendar.
