    Control Flow Nodes

Direct the flow of your workflow with conditions, loops, and parallel execution

    Overview

Control flow nodes let you build intelligent workflows that make decisions, repeat actions, and run tasks in parallel. They transform simple linear automations into sophisticated programs that can handle complex real-world scenarios.

    Available Control Nodes

    If Condition
Branch your workflow based on conditions. Compare values, check for existence, or evaluate expressions to determine which path to follow.

    Common Use Cases

Decision making, error handling, conditional logic

    Key Parameters

    Value 1, operation, Value 2; true/false branches

    View detailed documentation →
    Switch
Multi-way branch: compare one input value against up to 4 case values. The first match wins; otherwise the Default branch runs.

    Common Use Cases

Routing by status, plan, or category

    Key Parameters

Input value, operation, Case 1 to Case 4

    For Each (Apply to Each)
Loop through an array and execute actions for each item. Like Power Automate's 'Apply to Each' - process lists of data one item at a time.

    Common Use Cases

Processing lists, batch operations, iterating over data

    Key Parameters

Input array, current item variable, delay between items, max items, continue on item error

    View detailed documentation →
    Parallel Split
Execute multiple branches simultaneously. Run different tasks in parallel to speed up workflow execution.

    Common Use Cases

Concurrent operations, multi-tab browser automation, parallel processing

    Key Parameters

Number of branches, wait for all branches, continue on error

    View detailed documentation →
    Parallel Join
Merge results from parallel branches back into a single flow, storing them in a variable for later steps.

    Common Use Cases

    Combining parallel results, synchronization point

    Key Parameters

Merge strategy (collect all, first, or last result), output variable

    View detailed documentation →
    Switch Tab
Switch browser context to a different tab. Essential for multi-tab automations where you need to work across multiple pages.

    Common Use Cases

Multi-tab workflows, popup handling, parallel browsing

    Key Parameters

    Tab index or title

    Common Patterns

    Error Handling

Use If Condition to check for errors and branch to error handling logic:

    1. Perform an action that might fail
    2. If Condition: Check if error occurred
    3. True branch: Handle the error (retry, notify, log)
    4. False branch: Continue with success logic
    Batch Processing

Use For Each to process a list of items:

    1. Extract a list of items (URLs, emails, products)
    2. For Each: Loop through the list
    3. Inside loop: Process each item
    4. After loop: Aggregate results
    Multi-Tab Automation

Use Parallel Split to work with multiple tabs simultaneously:

    1. Parallel Split: Connect 3 branches
    2. Each branch: Open different page and extract data
    3. Parallel Join: Collect the results from all branches
    4. Process combined results
